Octane Auto Studio opened its doors in 2018 with a simple idea: give Mumbai car owners a place where their vehicles are treated with the same care and attention we would give our own. We are not a franchise and we are not a chain. We are an independent garage founded by two automotive engineers who were tired of seeing cars leave workshops with half-done jobs and unexplained bills. Every technician at Octane is certified, every job comes with a transparent estimate before work begins, and every car we touch gets a 30-day service warranty. We specialise in modern vehicles — Japanese, Korean, German and Indian — and invest continuously in diagnostic equipment and training. We do not upsell. We do not fix what is not broken. And we never, ever recommend a service you do not need. That philosophy has earned us a 4.9-star rating and customers who have been with us since the day we opened.

How do I book a service appointment?
You can book through the contact form on this website, WhatsApp us directly at +91 98765 43210, or call us during business hours. We recommend booking at least 2–3 days in advance for regular services and 1–2 weeks ahead for ceramic coating and major repairs.
How long does a typical service take?
An Express Service takes 4–6 hours (same day). Complete Detail takes a full day (6–8 hours). Ceramic coating requires 3–4 days. Major repairs and engine work vary — we will give you a timeline after inspection. We always communicate delays before the promised deadline, never after.
Do you use genuine/OEM parts?
We recommend genuine OEM parts for most repairs, especially for Japanese, Korean and German cars. We also stock high-quality aftermarket alternatives for parts where the OEM premium is not justified — we always present both options with pricing so you can decide.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit/debit cards and bank transfers. For major jobs (above ₹25,000), we require a 50% advance and the balance on delivery. Fleet customers can set up monthly invoicing.
Do you offer pick-up and drop service?
Yes — within a 5 km radius of our Andheri West workshop. Pick-up and drop is available for Express Service and Complete Detail packages. Additional charges may apply for locations outside the radius. We use a trained driver and insured transport.
What is your warranty on service work?
Every job we do — from an oil change to an engine rebuild — comes with a 30-day parts and labour warranty. The Gtechniq ceramic coating comes with the manufacturer's 5-year warranty (transferable with vehicle ownership). Warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper maintenance by others, or unauthorised modifications.
